International Students

American Pacific University International is in the process of receiving approval from Homeland Security to enroll non-immigrant foreign students here in the United States.  We will keep you updated when this process has completed. Requirements for the issuance of an I-20 will be as follows (all documents must be in English):

The following completed forms:

Application for Enrollment, Certification and Transcript Request form (or official high school transcript). (Forms are supplied by American Pacific University International's admissions representative.)

American Pacific University International requires applicants from foreign countries to present evidence that they have sufficient knowledge in the use of the English language to ensure proper progression in a collegiate course of study. To provide this evidence American Pacific University International requires one of the following:

1. Satisfactory passing the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 475 or better/Satisfactorily passing an approved course in oral and written English at an institution in the United States.

2. Payment of $1,500.00 USD. Payment is a tuition deposit and used for processing Homeland Security (SEVIS) documents.  In the event of non-enrollment $750.00 USD will be refunded to applicant.

3. Statement of funds on account from a bank or financial institution dated within the previous month. (Funds may be in U.S. Dollars or local currency, in which case, conversion to U.S. Dollars will be calculated.)

Upon submission of these required documents, the admissions representative will review the necessary information, and prepare an I-20 for transmittal to the applicant. Once received the applicant will use the I-20 in his or her home country to obtain the appropriate visa for entry into the U.S. for the purpose of attending American Century University. International students wishing to transfer to American Pacific University International from other U.S. educational institutions will be required to provide the above-mentioned documentation. In addition, eligibility to transfer must be verified by an admissions representative.
